All vehicle inspection services provided by AutoFay are conducted by certified professionals using industry-standard equipment. We feature inspection services from AutoFay.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications. However, variations may occur due to:

• Photography: Colour differences caused by lighting or display settings
• Packaging: Manufacturer updates to design or labels
• Formulations: Minor adjustments to inspection scope

Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

• Orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• We may cancel or decline orders for reasons including stock issues or payment irregularities
• Order confirmations will be sent to the registered email address

Payment Terms

• Accepted Methods: Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer
• Currency: All prices are listed in UAE Dirham (AED)
• Payment Gateway: All transactions are processed securely through HitPay. You will be redirected to HitPay's secure payment environment to complete your purchase. We do not store your card details.
• Failed Payments: Orders will be cancelled automatically if payment cannot be completed

Shipping Policy

• Shipping Cost: Free shipping across all emirates in the UAE — no minimum purchase required
• Within Emirate: 1–3 business days
• Between Emirates: 3–5 business days

Returns and Refunds

Return Period: 30 days from delivery

Condition: Only unopened products with intact seals may be returned

Return Shipping: Free — return shipping is covered by AutoFay

Process: Please contact us to request return authorization

Refund Time: 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
