Our 30-day return policy
Return Policy
AutoFay accepts returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. We do not offer exchanges — if you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Return Eligibility
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unopened with the original label attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Completed inspection services (as the service has been rendered)
- Products with the label removed or damaged
- Items returned without original packaging
Incorrectly Shipped Products
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will arrange a return at our expense. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Damaged During Shipping
AutoFay is not responsible for damage caused by the courier during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Return Process
- Submit a request: Email support@autofay.ae or visit our store with your order number and reason for return
- Receive return instructions: We will respond within 3 business days
- Return the item: Ship the product back by mail or return it in store. A return label is included in the original package.
- Inspection: We inspect the item on the same day we receive it
- Refund issued: Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method
Refund Method
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard): Refunded to the original card. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
- FPX Online Banking: Refunded to the originating bank account within 3-5 business days
- E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, ShopeePay): Refunded to the original e-wallet account within 3-5 business days
- Buy Now Pay Later (ShopBack PayLater, GrabPay PayLater): Refunded according to the provider's refund schedule
All refunds are processed through HitPay, our payment gateway.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for products that are unopened and have the original label attached. AutoFay covers the return shipping cost. A return label is included in every order.
